Adam Scott calling for strong, ‘unfair’ home support at Presidents Cup
Another great podcast from the Inside Ropes crew this week with Adam Scott joining the team to talk about a load of stuff including this year’s Presidents Cup.
Adam Scott joined the Inside The Ropes podcast this week and is advocating for a proper home crowd at Royal Melbourne in December to ensure the American team are feeling at least a little uncomfortable this year.
Scott will be making his ninth Presidents Cup team if selected either through automatic qualification or a captain’s choice, and is hoping the home town crowd make the Americans feel a little bit uncomfortable in Melbourne.
“I know it’s exciting for everyone to see Tiger, Phil, Dustin, Rickie and Jordan, the list goes on and on, Brooks, come down and play. But we really need the crowd on our side. Unfairly so.” Scott told Inside The Ropes.
“Not in any nasty way of course, but a little silence for their good shots would be good.”
Check out the whole podcast below that also features a great chat to Hannah Green. A snippet from Scott’s chat is further below.
