2014 US Open: Our favourite photos from the final round

Here is a selection of our favourite photos taken at the 2014 US Open at Pinehurst #2.

Martin Kaymer ran away with the 2014 US Open in emphatic fashion. His eight stroke victory equalled Rory McIlroy’s major winning margins at both the 2012 US PGA Championship and the 2011 US Open.

Kaymer is just one of two German’s to have won a major golf championship and he now equals his mentor Bernard Langer with two majors to his name.
