Scott Hend loves to take on a par-5, but this was an extraordinary golf shot.

Big hitting Scott Hend did his best to bring home the trophy at the European Tour’s Shenzhen International last week. Hend went flying up the leaderboard on Friday when he holed out for albatross on the par-5 17th on his way to a 7-under par 65.
Hend finished in a tie for fourth place, three shots behind the winner Korea’s Soomin Lee.
Lee looks to be a star on the rise. The 22-year-old finally broke through for his first European Tour victory after a series of near-misses, most recently when Marcus Fraser pipped him over the closing holes to win the Maybank Championship Malaysia in February.
