One Direction tour Australia and play golf

One Direction stars played golf in Perth last week. Expect surge in female golf club memberships to follow.

I promise this won’t start to become a “One Direction watch” website but it seems some members of the popular boy band do like a hit of golf.

Last week One Direction star Harry Styles was spotted on the fairways of Tanunda Pines Golf Resort course in the Barossa Valley, and he has once again been spotted on the fairways in Perth.

One Direction were in Western Australia on the weekend to do a show in Perth and two of the band members, Harry Styles and Niall Horan snuck in a round of golf at Lake Karrinyup, home of the Perth International.

According to reports:

One Direction’s Harry Styles and Niall Horan played 18 holes on the championship course with friends and security staff and Styles reported after they came off the course that although he played badly he still won the game.

The Perth International tees off in three weeks at Lake Karrinyup with a field that will feature several big names including defending champion Bo Van Pelt, Branden Grace, Dustin Johnson and Brett Rumford.
