Kiwi Ko makes history on LPGA Tour
New Zealand’s Lydia Ko makes history, again.

You may remember back in January this year when New Zealand amateur Lydia Ko made history and became the youngest ever winner of a professional golf tournament. She won the Women’s New South Wales Open at only 14-years of age.
Well she’s gone and made history again by becoming the youngest ever winner on the US LPGA Tour.
This morning Ko wrapped up her final round at the CN Canadian Open and took the trophy by finishing three shots ahead of her nearest rival. Even a final hole bogey didn’t change the storyline and at 15-years of age, Ko becomes the youngest ever winner of a LPGA Tour event, a year after Lexi Thompson won an LPGA event at 16.

She’s an amazing talent at such a young age. I remember watching the highlights of her winning in Australia last year.
Many more wins on tour for this young lady.
