Hundreds of golf balls wash up on beach at Barnbougle Dunes
A king tide is the most likely cause for hundreds of golf balls to wash up on the beach at Barnbougle Dunes.
A collapsed dune as a result of a recent king tide has been postulated as the most likely cause for hundreds of golf balls washing up on Barnbougle Beach.
The beach and dunes form the boundary for many of the holes at Barnbougle and Lost Farm golf courses situated on the north coast of Tasmania, and they are a likely spot for many golf balls to finish.
The good folk at Barnbougle Dunes yesterday tweeted and Instagrammed a photo of the golf balls washed up on the beach that I’m sure many of you can lay claim to, myself included.
And I thought Lego washing ashore was cool. This is a golfers dream.
Say, is that a Titliest?
