Gary Evans and the spit ball golf shot: video
Catch a ball in your mouth, spit it out and hit it. Simple.
Gary Evans is probably most well known for his heroics at the 2002 Open Championship at Muirfield. There he displayed some of the passion rarely seen from golfers and rallied to finish fifth, just a shot outside the four-man playoff.
Evans has recently taken to Twitter and his “spit golf ball” trick shot has been doing the rounds again, thanks largely to a new video of Evans showing it off with a driver.
