Check out Jason Day’s amazing outback adventure par: video
Jason Day made a miracle par early in his third round of the 2014 US PGA Championship.
Jason Day briefly took a share of the lead on Saturday but eventually had to finish for a 1-under par round 70 to find himself three shots behind leader Rory McIlroy.
But earlier in his round, on the second hole, Day made one incredible par.
Day hooked his ball left. Way left. Across a creek and into some knee-deep, wild rough.
Incredibly, the ball was found and Day took off his shoes and socks, rolled up his pants and went and made one of the most incredible par’s you’re ever likely to see.
If you’re ever going to attempt to make a similar par though, good luck expecting your mates to wait around for you. This par took a long time.
