Tiger Woods looked stony-faced during Saturday evening’s media conference to discuss the Sunday singles match-up’s and suggested that some of the golf fans at Royal Melbourne this week had gone a little over the top.

Controversy has again erupted around Patrick Reed after his caddie reportedly shoved a fan at Royal Melbourne.

Patrick Reed’s caddie and brother-in-law Kessler Karain has reportedly been involved in an altercation with golf fans at the Presidents Cup.

Patrick Reed says he’s no cheat and things are “now turning personal”

Patrick Reed has said he is not a cheat as he fronted the media ahead of this week’s Presidents Cup in Melbourne.

Reed defended his “unintentional” actions during the Hero World Challenge that led to a two-stroke penalty for improving his lie in a bunker.

“The ball was in a waste area, I didn’t feel like it was intentional or anything”, Reed told the media.
