Australian TV Schedule for 2012 British Open
You’ll need FoxSports to watch the 2012 Open Championship this week.
The live broadcast of the 2012 Open Championship from Royal Lytham and St.Annes can be seen on FoxSports 3 with plenty highlights and repeat viewings.
In the lead up to the tournament, FoxSports are also showing loads of archival Open Championship movies that are well worth keeping an eye out for.

I agree, no free to air golf in Australia again, and they wonder why we are not winning any majors!!!

This is great news, at least I can watch it live. When free to air have the rights to anything it’s always delayed and it’s highly annoying. It’s 2012, not 1972, sport needs to be shown live. Thanks Fox Sports.
Yeah, but what about us pensioner golfers who can’t afford pay TV! Shame that this is not free to air despite time delay so all can view!

Im a simple Tradesman with kids, I can’t afford $600-$800/yr to watch replays of shows over and over and over and…..with channels I will never watch…(with NO ads…???..haha… as if!! More bloody ads on Foxtel than on free tv!).

Televised Sport (GOLF MAJORS) needs to be available to all,
not just to those that can afford Foxtel, (WHICH IS 5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST OVERSERS COUNTRYS) This is not about golf but whether PACKER makes more out of the Australians
Sport belongs to All and should be available to all.
