2016 Australian Open: TV Times and broadcast schedule

Australian golf fans are in for three weeks of free-to-air golf starting with the Australian Open at Royal Sydney.

ausopentvChannel 7 will kick off a big three weeks of Australian golf on Thursday by broadcasting all four rounds of the Emirates Australian Open from Royal Sydney.

Adam Scott and Jordan Spieth headline the field at one of Australia’s most prestigious venues. Coverage begins at 12pm on Thursday (AEST) from Royal Sydney before the network moves on to Melbourne to cover the World Cup of Golf next week and the Gold Coast for the Australian PGA Championship the week after.

Seven’s golf coverage will be streamed on the PLUS7 app, with coverage of the Australian Open, World Cup of Golf and Australian PGA on mobile, giving Australians access anywhere, anytime on any device.

In addition to the all-day coverage on PLUS7, 7Sport will be following the action throughout the day @7Golf and @7Sport on Twitter.

The Australian Open will be hosted by Peter Donegan, with expert commentary from Ian Baker-Finch, Wayne Grady, Grant Dodd and Pat Welsh.
